Re: Roller Coaster Ride
I wonder how many other folks seem to do better in their recliners and the symptoms get worse when laying prone--it seems a common comment on here.

Great Idea Ann, and reminder from both of you for the travel issues and how to keep it from being a problem.

Re: The trouble with opiods
Sorry I thought I answered the reason for it--it is for the WED and to help me get some sleep apparently--when she told me she wanted me to try it. And yes I agree with your plan, as it is always my approach with the meds. I've learned the hard way to not do as i'm told against my better judgment.

Re: RLS or FML?
I've never seen a neurologist for the WED but I find (and it makes sense to me) that the sleep clinics here know more about it as they see more with sleep issues, but I'm in Canada and don't know how your system works. Mostly I'm going by things I've read here--a lot of tough times.

Re: Tramadol: Cure worse than the disease?
David, glad to hear from you and good questions. I believe from both what you have written and my own experience that you are right. Some of the opioids cause alertness, so as you take it through the day you will probably feel more alert while at the same time those medications are placed in another...

Re: RLS or FML?
Just (can I call you just?), I'm sorry it is so bad at your young age. I can relate to the problems with gabapentin, I've had a lot of bad side effects from it. I wonder if (because you are just starting your life) you might give some thought to moving somewhere at a future date--so you don't have t...

Re: The trouble with opiods
I'm in Canada, and yes to the try it anyway in case something is different this time. And yes I need to see her in sept, first available appointment. We have a shortage of Dr's here and it's hard to get a Family Practitioner, when you do get one it is often like this.

Re: The trouble with opiods
Saw the Dr. Was put on Welbutrin but when I got the script filled they told me it causes folks to not sleep as a side effect. I got home checked my med information and apparently I've tried it before had a bad time, but I don't know what happened or remember any of it. How is this supposed to help. ...

Re: A Statagy for Fixing Me - My Visit to a RLS/Apnea Guru
My question is about the validity of expecting folks to do that at home as well as would the Kraytom be undoing the work he previously did and thus mean he might have to start the 10 days agin from any time it is used.
Eefall what does Dr.E say about your taking he Kraytom now and then?

Re: Welbutrin keep you awake?
The pharmacist told me this is a side effect. I don't understand how this drug is supposed to help WED or sleep issues if the side effect is keeping you awake.
