Re: Advice on splitting Gabapentin capsules?

I know what you mean, I have a 1 gram scale and it wasn't doing the job, the small job, so I took your and Holland's suggestion and bought a 1 mg scale on Amazon. I couldn't find one with a sneeze guard though. :)

Re: Where to buy Kratom

I'm purchasing my first Kratom today and wondering if y'all can tell me the suggested dosage to start out? I've been scouring the forum for info but my fatigued brain can't seem to piece it together. I've got moderate PLMS and use Cannabis and most recently 50mg Gabapentin. I think Red Vein Borneo i...

Re: Advice on splitting Gabapentin capsules?

Thanks so much Holland and Ann...I will try all of these things. I have a scale, a plate, and a razor...I'm looking forward to living my Scarface fantasy. It's just never too late in life.

Advice on splitting Gabapentin capsules?

I'm going to give Gabapentin a try and my doctor wants me to split the 100mg capsule into a quarter dose because I'm usually sensitive to medications. I took a look at the capsule...it's very small and consistently splitting up the powder by eye will be a challenge. Any ideas? Thanks

Re: Ropinerole withdrawal, oxycodone, & LDN

Madmom02, I've lost so many posts too! I never realized the universe was trying to tell me something...maybe a box of chocolates or flowers would be more effective? I've tried LDN too. I was on it for a little over 3 months this year and did not notice any improvement in my RLS/PLMS. At the time, my...

Re: Methadone complications - not medical

And natural disasters...I live in earthquake territory and it dawned on me several years ago that the aftermath of an earthquake could prevent me from getting my thyroid medication filled so I asked my doctor for an extra 30 days for this reason and he refused. My husband then ordered some on the in...

Stashes

A bit off topic, but speaking of stashes and the fear of running out of medication...there has been an increase of home burglaries in my neighborhood (double from last year) and it made me realize that my medication would be very expensive and time consuming to replace after a theft. I mainly use me...

Re: Medical Marijuana

Thanks NatWest!...your detailed feedback has always been incredibly helpful to me. (Plus, you have a knack for making cookies sound delicious! )You are the main reason I was so open to trying MM. Having never tried it before and with all the propaganda, I was intimidated and scared. Your openness an...

The Pax 2...it is spendy! I was thinking if it didn't work for you, you could maybe sell it on eBay so I looked and they are definitely there. I also see new ones for less than retail!

Re: MM strain suggestions

Ann, I'm very sensitive to medicines (I get the rare weird reactions a lot)...to be honest, I'm not certain how much of my RLS is "traditional" vs just hypersensitivity of my central nervous system. So, while this is my cannabis experience, your mileage may vary... I've tried around 30 dif...

Re: Favorite MM vaporizer

Ann, I'm up in Washington state and have been able to research and to experiment with both flower vaporizers and oil cartridges. From what I understand, there are several different extraction techniques for oil and many leave behind chemicals that I don't want to inhale. Some leave pure oil, but the...

Re: My journey to get off Mirapex and use cannabis instead

TucsonGirl, yes, the strong anxiety is during sleep, or rather when I wake from sleeping. It can be overwhelmingly strong to just innocuous continuous thoughts. Usually the kind of thing that in the morning makes me shake my head at how ridiculous it was but in a sleepy state I can't seem to be logi...
