Re: Attempting to get off Ropinirole - again

Holland, that’s great to know. Up to two teasp is ok.
If that is 2 teasp as a single dosage, how often could that be done in a day/24 hours. Just for future reference.

Re: Attempting to get off Ropinirole - again

Legs, I am still a little afraid of losing control if it all goes belly up at the last hurdle(s) but nearly there and happy to now have the kratom. Not sure just how high you can safely go in kratom dosage but will keep it as low as possible.

Re: Attempting to get off Ropinirole - again

Yes Steve, I cut out my 3am dose of .25mg ropinerole and 15mg codeine. I was taking a half teasp of Kratom (hoping for sleep) at that time and it seemed an opportune moment to take that step. It wasn't planned in advance.

Re: Attempting to get off Ropinirole - again

Last night was my first to take Kratom. Feeling quite nervous about it. At 12.30am going to bed took a quarter teasp. Woke up after 2 hours. Going back to bed again at 3.45am took a half teasp and slept for 2.5 hours. Thereafter dozed on and off for a couple of hours. This (with medication) is a nor...

Thanks again.

Re: Excellent article on opioids

I am at the stage of considering kratom to see if it will help me with sleep. I have previously fought against even considering it. I've never ever taken anything like this despite being 'a child of the 60s'. Another reason is that it is illegal here in UK. Will a company send it to me here in the U...

Re: Infusion #3

At $167 per month for Injectafer...... Approx $5.50 per day. The cost of a cup of really nice coffee.... Well maybe two cups :) LMW Iron Dextran - The insurance will cover this? Could go for the LMW knowing there is an alternative in the future of LMW isn't up to scratch. Trying the one first that i...

Re: Tightening in calf

I don't get any tightening feeling in the calf. Yes, to the occasional cramp which is quite separate. Does the feeling in your calf ease/go away if you take a walk. Even if only temporarily. Most of the time I only have one leg affected, my right leg. Occasionally it might be both legs. My arms/shou...

Welcome to adi2019

Sunday 18th August 2019 Welcome today to: adi2019 - who I have a very unusual situation. RLS was diagnosed only one year ago and that makes it tough because adi2019 has also Amyloidosis (a strange protein attacking his/her organs). No sleep, and RLS pills stopped helping. Re: Attempting to get off Ropinirole - again

I could see a private consultant and have done so before but not asking for a particular prescription. Guess you wouldn't know what consultant would be willing to prescribe until having an appointment. At present GP has referred me to an END consultant but there is a waiting time. It is something I ...

Re: Attempting to get off Ropinirole - again

QyX- here in UK at the best of times we don't have easy options to change our drs. And even to do so they will only accept a new patient who lives within a 6 miles radius. At present, Because of lack of funding most practices in my area aren't even accepting new patients. I have no doubt that sugges...
