Well I have more than one painful condition right now, as well. Moving does not help the non RLS pain, BUT moving does help the RLS. So, I'm thinking still along with Ann that both could be present and they aren't hearing that. I would still want to know what was going on, if anything other than RLS...

Welcome back my dear, You know Ann has a good point, you could be like me .......a medicine opposite. Meaning that most of the popluation is given to certain response to medications. I always seems to response in the opposite way. Your pains meds work, they should understand that they work for many ...

I think this is the hardest part for many of us. I know I have pretended I can keep up with everyone for so long that it seems as though my "little health issues" are not much concern. Certainly not to many others. Since many of us have lived this way, it's likely your in the same boat as ...

Welcome to the board. All have given you some good things to think about and I wanted to add something from the Foundation. The link below is to a page that is really a PDF file about pregnancy and RLS, but you can print it off for your doctor. http://www.rls.org/Document.Doc?&id=183 If that lin...

Your a true Wrangler my Miss Ruby. 2.5 lbs Bass, you go girl. :D It sounds just awesome, what a day indeed. Of course, I only assume that you took off your crown before the calf roping/tagging time. One would not want cow pies on the crown, you know. Aww the days we can go from high tea to leaping a...

We need to advocate for our community, this is going to hit so many, no matter what side you take. I have to agree with Aiken, social medicine is not my fair, either. I had a horrible time with that social medicine while my ex was in the Air Force. I'm not saying that all military docs are bad, they...

Something Doeyed Said, every one is welcome.

In the thread started by Alan, about the bowels/IBS and RLS, was there a connection? Doeyed wrote this in one of her post. It struck me hard today. It made me stop........really caught, on pause button, stopped. I wanted to really read that again. Her perfect rant and why they are good for all of us...

You know Meg, most of the time this kind of thing just torks me off. Today however, it simply reminds me that those that do not suffer or live with one that does, just don't understand. This is not something we'd wish on enemies, but it sure would be nice if we could borrow the RLS boots for awhile ...

Hiya, PB, I wanted to wait to see what the doc said before I posted, yesterday, as I have not been reading as much....ok, this weekend, LOL. I'm waving flags as well, I think he's off. I know we have several Fibro people here on the board and it is awful, but causing your throat to lump up or fell t...

Ruby I had as much luck, but ended up doing it all by myself. Even gave out the dates locally for several chances. And this was to people that were indeed living with RLS. Well, at least 6-7 of us sponsored walks. I made as much as you did, most from the nice man on the plane. I'll support Costco be...
