some people describe rls as a 'pins and needles' pain, everyones pain/discomfort is different!. then again pins and needles can be a sign of somehting else... ie disc problem etc.... otherwise i can only say that you need to see if you have the 4 criteria and if you do then you probably have rls... ...

i havent found out yet. due for the blood test tomorrow at the hospital. ill let you guys know... :D

no meds needed at present... i manage with lifestyle and lots of wriggling around!! :lol:

well, thought id share that i went to the doctor for the first time regarding my rls..... and it was soooo easy!! she was very nice and understanding. i gave her the rls website which she looked at and asked me the 'prompt' questions that are posted there (which i knew off by heart and duly answered...

yes..... definatly the reason for buying it would be so that when im thrashing around in the bed she wont feel it on a memory foam mattress!
