Re: Fighting opioid tolerance

That is extremely worrisome, QyX, it is hardly surprising you are feeling so low. I guess you are already well familiar with the contents of the webinar posted by Dr. Early about the various opiates. I cannot imagine Kratom would suffice for such severe symptoms as yours. I remember reading how plea...

Re: Restiffic and Relaxis Information

If you are reducing mirapexin without difficulty it is possible you are not augmented but also quite likely that withdrawal symptoms will kick in in due course. I reduced my dose by two thirds before the awful misery began in earnest. That said I may have gone down a bit too fast. Have you told the ...

Re: Anyone tie a towel or rope onto their legs?

Should have realised it might be India - it kurclunks into place. Have such a western-centric mentality, it never occurred to me that the study might have originated in a different culture. I wonder what percentage of population is considered to suffer there.

Re: Days 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7

First, thanks for all your expressions of good luck. It is surprising how lovely it is to get those. 3rd Night: After speaking to Carl and learning to adjust to a much lower setting I tried Relaxis on third night. This was the day scheduled to reduce pregabalin from 75 to 50 mg so did that. Took my ...

Re: Infusion Update

I would be really interested to hear how long you manage also - it would be a good indicator of just how important those ferritin levels are. The more I learn the less I know but it seems to me that the most effective treatments for difficult cases involve a combination of a number of factors/drugs ...

Re: Feldenkrais

I forgot to mention Epsom salts, tonic water, aromatherapy, soap in the bed, 'a sleeping pill'(!oh yeah! I never thought of that!), yoga, more exercise, less exercise, no computers, 'a cup of tea and a slice of toast' (what have I done that would make them think that I am the sort of person who woul...

Re: Feldenkrais

Ann, I knew what you meant by 'elusion' - I really enjoyed the unusual use of the word and was just playing with it - I didn't intend to correct you (will now attempt my new-found ability with emojis ... Ok it didn't go quite to plan as emoji is at start but I guess it's a learning curve) PB, I app...

Re: Ropinerole withdrawal, oxycodone, & LDN

Actually reading the number of typos, punctuation failures and general errors in last post maybe I am a bit cavalier about my ability to tolerate the 'large and varied' quantities of drugs I have taken this evening in hope of a good night after a few days of disruption due to a family bereavement in...

Re: Ropinerole withdrawal, oxycodone, & LDN

Thank you, Yawny, but I am starting to notice that my humor often 'coat-tails on the back of something hilarious that you have written and, yes, it was exactly an Indiana Jones type temple u imagined sitting, slightly shamefacedly, on the stairs contemplating its bad behaviour. Also for info about t...

Re: My new Relaxis

In the interest of balance, I am posting this before my third night with my Relaxis. I got a call from Carl at Relaxis and it turned out I had the pad at far too high a setting - I had it nearly half way up and it only needs to be close to the very lowest. A certain amount of experimentation is nece...

I actually got that far but it wouldn't transfer onto the screen - just a written description of the emoji (see above)
