Good luck with the neuro. My neuro admitted he was not experienced in rls and he talked with me using the Mayo Algorithm which I had printed off and gave him. He discharged me to my GP, and told my GP to work with me as I had researched it well and knew more than him (about rls), all learned from th...

I stand at my desk sometimes in work. I feel my head nodding at 3pm. However I do not have pLMD. I have tried all th...

Hmm.. now if we start to count the old computer in the loft (kept just in case), the one on the garage shelf (just in case)... then there are the few old monitors kicking about the garage. As a matter of fact I think there is even a Spectrum Computer from about 25 years ago that only played games an...

You sound really technologically minded. We are thankful to have one of our sons handy, tho hubby isn't too bad. I just use the pc as opposed to keeping it running!! Yes, I don't know how we managed without google, rls site, and being able to order really brilliantly personalised greeting cards (for...

My friend's husband is bipolar, as is one of their sons. They are on regular medication and also have their good days and bad days. Life can fee...

Penguin... sometimes I don't post for ages, even tho I keep up with reading the posts, there are times when we all feel more pro-active than others. We won't feel taken for granted.

I have never heard of thunderclap headaches before. Good luck on the 13th.

There probably are side effects with Ambien, but none that I am aware of, what I mean is, none that I noticed personally. I personally do not feel hung over the next day. The Mayo Algorithm can be found at www/rlshelp.org, also if you look through some of the posts there is a link under some of the ...
