if you get the wrong meds for sedation ot may make it worse--would it not?

i did similar at 600 mg 4-6 times a day. Think the dr had no idea as she wrote it up.

maybe you should consider putting your question in the new just joined area too--might get a few more responses, as people watch for new folks.

wow, that's tough as if it's not hard enough. Well stress certainly makes it worse so it's a thought. I don't know alot but i'm sure someone here will have another thought.

goode news, glad to hear you have a god working relationship going today. I've taken neurontin but not both, and i also augmented quickly on the requip, but had no prob on neurontin. Good luck with it.

Hey judt wanteed to let you know i augmented in a very short period of time. and i was on neurontin but it didn not do anything, that i remember for the wed.

Hey, I have a physician that also started out not knowing anything about rls, however in my case the practise was sold to a young dr and she studied about it, likely because she kept finding her patients are frequently suffering from it. Maybe consider looking for a new-young dr.? Just a thought.

good to hear i'm not the only one who finds hc hard. Coffee agrevates my rls, but hot chocolate makes me a raving lunitic, so to speak!

Hey, i must say mine is similar as well as viewaskew pointed out sleep comes easier at night, for me as well, i start to settle at about 5-6am and can sleep a few min after about 8.

i have a night guard as well but if i use it, when the rls isn't rousing me the guard is. then i ditch it and forget to use it again.
