Natural sedatives

Hello all, I'm looking for a natural herb sleep aid. Something that is proven and safe to take everyday if need be. My insomnia is a terrible trigger for my RLS so if i could find something to aid me in falling asleep, it would help tremendously. Trying to stay away from the pharmaceuticals as long ...

Thanks once again for all your comments. I'm glad to see the members taking this med seem to be getting the relief they need. My RLS sounds very similiar to yours Aiken. Nothing during the day but comes on around 8:00 on most evenings. Just tingling sensations in my legs. The movement will only star...

Supplements is the way i have gone so far but i have bad insomnia also. If i can't sleep the RLS will kick in in ab...

Is this methadone only for severe cases of RLS? Does it take care of not only pain but symptoms and works 100% of the time? How does it make u feel? If taken during the day, can u function normally as u do? Is it generally difficult to get this prescribed? I know nothing of this. Sorry for my ignora...

Thanks Ann and Corrie. I will have to mention this to my doctor as unfortunately she is not really up to speed on RLS always having to refer to one of her texts when i ask her about it. I wish i could find a doctor willing to go deeper into the subject... Another thing i should mention but was hesit...

Sorry folks, i should have mentioned that i'm not on any medication of any kind. My RLS is not severe enough imo to require it(yet). I was on antidepressants some years ago though.

I best see a doctor asap on this i guess.

I know very little of panic atacks but as u said ML, it's quite possibe that's what's happening. I have never consulted a physician about this and or told very few friends. I'm going to the doctor in a few weeks for another matter unrelated so i'll have to mention this to her also. Hope she understa...

Hi ML, i do recall reading some of your past posts here on panic attacks and depression. An awful situation to live through i'm sure. Thanks for sharing and the kind words. When i have these episodes there is no fear or depression just utter grief. The only thing i can relate it to is like being tol...

overcome with despair

Hello, i'm wondering if this has happened to anyone here. Occasionally and with out warning i will be hit with such a feeling of despair... My 2 cents, if folks want to discuss things like politics or religion then use forums that are dedicated to these subjects imo. Most boards have lounge areas that allow a lot of subject matter except the ones i mentioned above due to the sensitivity of them. Most Terms of Service agreements will say...

Ok, are u able to download anything? If not then i think there is a setting disabled in Internet Explorer that is creating the problem. If u are able to download, try downloading Firefox browser, m I know it may take a while on Dialup but it's worth the wait and if successful, u should be able to ge...

Fortunately i'm not on any medication for anything but i sometimes wonder if certain medications for different things is a factor in severity of RLS symptoms. I'm sure one of the more experienced members here could advise on that. As i said before, if u can keep the stress at a managable level it sh...
