i run my window unit air conditioner all year round it can be 2 degrees outside i still have my ac running gotta have the noise..been doing this since i was 6 yrs old...my grandma discovered what would make me go to sleep early... so she bought me a window unit...only one in the house...my bigmomma ...

i cannot sleep if its quiet...i have got to have white noise or tv on....

nothing worse than listening to a flippin clock tick while you are trying to sleep

if i had a diesel bus to sleep in ....i would sleep like a baby as long as it is coooooold

i've said it before, i'll say it again....2nd opinion....3rd opinion..4th and sol on till you find someone who knows something about rls and is willing to help you......ignorance of a widely known condition means the doctor is not a well informed doctor keep looking till you find one that is.
