just curious, I have read several on message board that have applied and gotten disablity for rls. Try to explain, that you are not depressed, but you are sleep deprived, due to your rls, tell the dr how many hours of sleep you get each night and that your mind/ body is just becoming totally worn out . And that you simply can not continue to take care of your family and life without proper sleep!...

I have been able to control my rls for almost 9 yrs with hydrocodone and Ultram(tramadol). you really should read all the info about rls, you will find that taking Tylenol pm or any of the over the counter pm meds are known to make rls so much worse..
