Hi!

Yes, it's very difficult to deal with both the chemo and the RLS. Fortunately, my last chemo is 12/7 and I can't wait until it's over with. I only hope and pray my cancer will not return.

RLS and chemo

Hi

I have never taken Perocet so I don't know what to tell you. I suggest you talk this over with your doctor.

I E-mailed Dr. B regarding my chemo and worsening of my RLS. Hopefully he'll reply soon.

Sincerely,

Hi,

I would be willing to try an Opiate(s) for about a month. I don't know what side effects I'd be experiencing. It would just be trial and error. I could ask my doctor about the side effects and how to handle them.

Sincerely,

Carol Ann

Has anybody tried accupuncture for their RLS and had any success from it? I'm at the end of my rope so-to-speak. I've tried every medication posible for RLS with the exception of the opiates and I couldn't handle the side effects of any of them. I'm presently taking Mirapex and that is losing its ef...

Hi Ann, Where are you from in MN? I'm from St. Cloud. My RLS doctor is Dr. Silber at Mayo Sleep Disorders Dept. You may have heard of him. He's on the Board of Directors, I believe, on the RLS Foundation. I'm hesitant about his recommendations for me for my RLS. Every time I see him, he just ups my ...
