I drink coffee at work usually until 2 I noticed my legs jerk all day now starting @ 9 or 10 am, so I'm trying to cut back and drink green tea after lunch it has a little caffeine just to help me stay awake.

Thanks for the info I have Norco 5 but can't take that many of them because of too much tylenol. I want to ask my pain Dr if he will change it to Oxy I had it before should I take Kratom with Norco?

well I'm taking a chance with Kratom I hope I got the real thing who knows had it 3 nights so far but still had to take Mirapex I took 1 to two tsp worked for a couple hrs

I asked my pain Dr. about it and he said he didn't think it wasn't a good idea, he didn't seem to want to elaborate but maybe because Drs. are monitored by DEA and Suboxone is really suppose to be used for opiate withdrawal. I take Topamax for migraines and nerve pain has anyone had any problems with leg jerks with it? It's a antiseizure drug it shouldn't cause jerking not sure if it's from that.

I am taking 300 mg at lunch 300 at bedtime at first get sleepy then wake up after a couple hours use to melatonin was helping with sleep not lately, but also taking Topamax 50 mg at night not sure about it.
