I also like the scorecard. It has to be carefully developed so that it is without bias and doesn't alienate them. Our goal is not to make them mad or angry, but to engage them so that they WANT to learn more and help us. Exactly!! Susan - I'm glad they have that. I wish each person had to wear it f...

I think it's one of those things that unless you've experienced it first hand you just can't understand. They should make some sort of device that you put on and it mimics the sensation as part of med school.

Just so you know.. This is the kind of idiocy Methadone is fighting for its legality against.. I got a little heated at times, but I don't come anywhere close to these people. I'm "lolnonymous" Evil people I feel so sorry for them... truly I do. They do everything they accuse me of and ke...

Thank you Ann for all your thought and time. I think it would be cool to take a RLS score card to a Dr appointment with me. Let them see it even, and let them know it's going to be reported back to the RLS foundation Forums. Maybe one of those 1 2 3 4 5 rating cards. And list a few different aspects...

I knew of a guy that played online games like World of Warcraft or Everquest that strapped his keyboard onto a stationary bike and lost something like 100lbs. Every time he played he biked. I thought that was pretty cool, and he was able to rig it up himself.

I took Xanax .5mg every night for 30 days ran out of Rx didn't get a refill. I didn't notice any difference. I never slept well while taking it, and didn't sleep well after stopping it but personally I didn't have any problems stopping. I however only took it once a day at bedtime only. I feel that ...

Pbear my heart goes out to you, you're in my prayers. I was shocked to see Oprah on Wednesday, but also happy that it was being shown. I couldn't believe how these people were middle income 6 months ago a year ago etc. I wish something could be done about all the stuff they Trash when taking a house...

Family link?

My older sister has RLS too. She's 37 never had kids. That's all I know so far. I asked my mom if anyone in the family had it and she said she didn't' know of any. But my mom doesn't really talk to anyone so I guess she passed the word around that I had it, and my older sister said she had it too. I...

I bet they walk away thinking it's the same thing as heroin just in prescribed form. That's really sad. I'll bet our scardy pants doctors are going to be more scared to pass it out to anyone. It's also sad to see someone that's in terrible pain and could use it not use it or be able to use it. When ...

I've had false pregnancy tests before. The ones at the Dr office were false positive. So I can understand how much of a mental roller coaster of emotions it can be. Some of the medications I was on were causing the false positive, a very rare side effect I get. A lot of meds out there make me stop m...

I love #1 it works for me while doing it. #2 scares the crap out of me, would send off sensory issue problems. #3 sounds good, and I'm totally up for #4.

Thanks for posting, trial and error trial and error.

Most of the sleep I've gotten in the last 5 years was in the bathtub.
