If it were me, I'd try: changing the tramadol to tramadol ER if possible, and take 1/2 of a 0.125mg Mirapex tablet with the clonazepam, and take 50mg gabapentin with your evening clonazepam and another 50mg about midnight. What dose of gabapentin did you take previously? Do you still have some? The reason I ask is that for many of us, small doses of multiple RLS meds result in better relief and fewer side effects than using one med at a higher dose.
