The funny thing is I always knew the pain and weird feelings were always there. What I didn't realize is how much I move my legs around. When I started to realize this I saw that I am constantly twitching my legs all throughout the day and night... it's been a revelation to say the least.

Was it you who said you have RLS and MS? Can RLS be an MS symptom? For many years I feared that I had MS even though all the tests came back normal.

I get my RLS pain in my thighs, right above my knees. Occassionally I get it in my calves as well but 90% of the time it's in my thighs. I also get similar feelings in my arms and shoulders. Is all this indicative of RLS?

I think I need to keep a log to track my progress because I just can't say if it's been better or worse lately. I just have no idea.

Thanks for the response. I think I need a dosage increase on my mirapex, but we shall see. I have heard that even drugs like mirapex don't work for some people and they need to take painkillers such as methadone. Is that true?
