I'd second the guess of BPPV if you get occasional abrupt attacks of vertigo, especially if it happens when you do certain motions with your head (e.g. tip back, rotate suddenly, that sort of thing). If so, try the Epley maneuver Susan mentioned. Half an hour with a physical therapist who knows how ...

Neurontin is sometimes prescribed for twitching. I'm not sure if such prescriptions are good ideas, but they do happen. However, it can also cause twitching, according to the literature. So, YMMV. Me, I'd be very leery of combining neurontin and methadone without careful advice from a doctor. They'r...

I'm trying to remember what my wife did... she literally did one of the classic cover-up excuses for being bruised, something like walking into the edge of a door in the dark. I was horrified at the thought of her telling people how she'd gotten hurt, because they'd assume I'd been beating her. I to...

You can generally take it as a hint and a half that a website littered with exclamation marks, boldface, and all-caps words, not to mention testimonials to support the item it's selling, is there to help its owner and not you. Someone who wanted to help you would just tell you what to do in one or t...

I personally would guess/assume that the side effect of mirapex is one of amping up an existing compulsion, and since gambling, eating, and sex are the most common compulsions even without meds, they show up the most in mirapex's side effect warnings. I'd swear I've actually read a description of th...

Well, I stand by my guess, especially considering that ForeverGreen appears to be your typical multi-level-marketing (MLM) scam company, kinda like HerbaLife. Even if the poster isn't intending to scam anyone, the company mentioned almost certainly is. (Actually, I think MLMs are called Network Mark...

Re: withdrawl
YOu will get a headache if you take Subutex/suboxone before the opiot is out of your system. I would think that subutex would not do that, as it does not contain naloxone (suboxone does, subutex does not) and should not cancel any existing opioids. Replace them, perhaps, but that shouldn't produce ...

I haven't tried quinine, but I'll loudly second the calcium. One of my feet had had horribly painful arch cramps at night for all of my life, but when my wife finally convinced me to try calcium, it stopped happening pretty soon thereafter. I've taken calcium supplements ever since, and years later,...
