so far so good......but the iron I've had to reduce a bit so it will just be for a longer time

I just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year
and thank everyone for the wonderful and much appreciated support
that everyone has given me.

I hope that our rls behaves and allows us to eat SLEEP and be merry

Am glad to say have had several good nights and some bearable ones too. my blood tests showed everything as ok apart from the ferritin at 23 so am on iron for a while so will see how i get on , havent taken any codeine for several nights and don't really want to go onto anything stronger >>>>yet

codeine for around 2yrs works well take at night

diazepam
temazepam both for mh illness but use for rls to knock maself out
when the rls is too much

polar bear do you not get your tens and pads issued free by your pain clinic?
I do I feel pretty lucky as nobody here seems to get that
