i have been up every time the snow plow comes to do our driveway and he shows up at 4:30 -5:30 its a riot, i swear he thinks i'm nuts--he's my entertainment at that hour, so i go watch or talk or help etc.
probably wishes i'd get some sleep!!! :lol:

I had an accident ending in spinal surgery--anyway i have ongoing problems with pain and inflammation in the area, I've always said it is worse when the rls is worse--muscles tension being the culprit.

Wow, sorry to hear that i was just going by what my dr told me. Hungh, now i'm just confused--my pain clinician (--emergency room doctor that has a clinic) said the same thing about it a few times before.
