Hello - Just popping in for another update... I've still been taking .5 of Klonopin every other night. Still not so sure how well it's working. How do you tell? This sounds similar to the TENS unit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transcutaneous_Electrical_Nerve_Stimulator that my husband has for his shoulder pain. I've often wondered if this would help my legs too... I've tried it on my neck when I get bad headaches, but haven't put it on my legs yet.

I don't know if it would work on lip gloss...

That "heavy" feeling you describe is how my legs feel when RLS is about to go full-on.
