I've stopped cold turkey before. This time I took 1/2 tab which is .0625 mg. for several days, then nothing but Methadone. It hasn't been any worse that it was before. In fact it's easier than with the splenda. I'm able to go to sleep without any trouble. I have to take a methadone during the night....

I have found that these both make my WED/PLMD worse. I am able to reduce my meds when not taking these in. They can be hidden in food that say "no sugar"
