Thank you bad nights... At least i can track my bad sleep.....Just switched over from requipp to mirapex .125 at 8 pm then .125 at 10pm....Was hard to sleep with.... Not sedating.....I think it did control rls/plmd although but slept only 3 hrs... Even took flexerall for pain last night....got bad h...

also does anyone have a chart for me to put daily logs of meds/sleep.....I need to track what is going on with me....My wife and i had a sit down talk....I think she understands what Im going thru.... She doesnt want to move yet but may in 3 years so in the meantime im going to see if this even work...
