Thank you everyone for your comments. I've had similar experiences to yours..esp re. the apnea, which I do not have.

Actually I am seeing a Dr. Benjamin Walter, neurologist, who is supposed to be an RLS expert. We shall see.

I'm with you Susan...should start saving to see Dr. B!

Hello everyone... I have an appt with a Cleve Clinic RLS specialist/neurologist next month. I am truly hoping he is understanding and patient, which you all know is necessary in treating this condition. I am one of those patients who seems 'resistant' to everything. That is wonderful news. I agree re. prayer and I'm often embarrassed to talk about it at the risk of people thinking I'm nuts. I prayed intensely every night, on my knees, before bed over the summer and I slept 10X better than I do now. Thanks for reminding me, I'm gonna start again this evening.

Thank you! Yes I've had it checked and mine is low. I just increased my supplemental intake...trying to figure out the highest dose that is safe. I think I'm gonna see a doc soon to discuss all this.
