I can't believe RLS/WED was named specifically!! I use a hot water bottle frequently while watching TV or reading at night. Wonder if heated mattress pad would have same effect??

I have symptoms 24/7 and am looking forward to (possibly!!) having a stretch of continuous relief for 12 hours . I tried extended release oxycodone but had nasty side effects (?? Huh?? Congrats on finding a "cocktail" that works! I think you have a most valid point: we need to be proactive in figuring out what works for us. You are lucky you have doctors who will work with you
