After reading this thread, I think I have the same problem. I was on Sinemet. The Jumpy part stoped, but the pain started. I am now on Requip 1 mg at night. Still the pain. I am on neurotin 600 mg 3x a day, and Lortab 7.5 the Lortab is the only thing that stops the pain. My dr has me on 2 lortabs an...

Just to be funny, Maybe a walker but not a wheelchair. You won't be able to sit still long enough. I was on Zolof and effxor(excuse the spelling) and my doctor put me on Requip. It was like being in a glass bubble watching the world go by. When we finally decided the ADs were part of the RLS problem...

You can get Lortab 10/350. Many drug stores do not carry this combination. My daughter has fibromyalgia. He doctor got her set up with an online drug company. They were really tight with indebt info from her doctor so I think they are legal. But you never know. I don't have the name or address. Mayb...

You better believe it's part of the medical systems expense and why insurance compays think they can dictate what the drs prescribe and what treatments we can have...don't get me started...You and your doctor deserve a good ole southern "bless your heart" Pat

Ann, some insurance companys will let you file on your own with you paying the doctor upfront. Will yours do that? I had my insurance change several times. My doctor of 30 years was never on the new insurance until now. I could always file and they would pay me back. Guess I was lucky. Pat

Opiates, How much is too much?

I,m going to my doctor in a couple of weeks. He has me on Requip 1mg at night, Neurotin 600 mg 3x a day and Lortab 2x a day. We seem to have fixed the "restless" part of my leg symptoms, but the pain is there all the time. The Lortab is 7.5 and some days it takes 4 to make it. And then some days 3 w...

What's a good try

I'm on Neurontin...Possibly from a nerve damage study, and possibly for my RLS.. Not sure...my doctor started me out with 100 mg 3x a day and then uped it to 600 mg 3x a day...I was high as a kite...I called him the same day and we reduced it to 300 mg 3x a day for two weeks and then uped the dose. ...

Thanks Jan and Harry, for answering so quick..It really helps to have someone out there -- that's been there. I'm going to the dr again for my 2x yearly blood workup.. I am considering asking him to try me on Requip in the moring also. I can always stop it if I start feeling strange. Maybe that will...

Had some really bad side effects..I went to a sleep clinic..very wierd experience. Had a nerve conduction study. Found slight dama...
