Hey Randy, I read a large chunk of your rant to my husband, he has been in a similar frame of mind lately. His plan is to just get into the car one of these days and drive south until gets warm. Maybe we'll go visit Lynn. At least the sun was out today but there is more snow on the way tonight and t...

You big dork, you're lucky you didn't get stuck somewhere. (I say that only with love) Fortunately you didn't have to take I-90 to get there. What a mess! Just imagine no meds and stuck in your car overnight on the Interstate. Or worse yet picked up by the National Guard and deposited in a shelter ...

I feel sorry for Britney she is also the victim of bad parenting. I called that one when "Hit me Baby" was released. Where was that girls mother when she was being sexualized at such a very young age? I have an attractive talented daughter of a similar age but I wouldn't have dreamed of allowing my ...

Susan, I love that warrior woman! I think I want to use her for my Avatar  So when I'm feeling overweight, sickly, weak, tired, depressed etc. I will just picture myself as the warrior woman and be strong.

Moonlight- would you mind if I stole the Warrior woman? Perhaps we could share her.

Wiggly- I can't help you with finding a doctor but I wanted to let you know (in case were are not aware) that Effexor can make your RLS worse. I was on Effexor for several years and was finally able to wean myself off (not an easy thing to do). Fortunately I was in a good place physically and emotio...

You might want to ask your doctor if he checked your ferritin level as well as your iron level. Ferritin measures your stores of iron and is a key indicator for some of us with RLS. After three months on iron supplements my iron was back in the normal range but my ferritin level had dropped even low...

What about the one where your teeth all crumble, like in the cartoons!! I used to have that dream all the time! Now it's usually dreams about unfinished or run down buildings or rooms. In the dream the buildings/rooms are usually an older home or a room in a home that I own or am considering buying...

Good list, it looks a lot like mine. I would also recommend the following: -throw some epsom salts into that bath (for a magnesium boost). -apply a good moisterizing lotion on legs and feet. -eat a balanced diet low in processed foods and artificial ingredients. -an OTC homeopathic treament called "...

First you need to have a picture of yourself (or whatever you want your avatar to be) saved to your computer. Then you need to find an image hosting website. (just google "image hosting" to find one) My favorite is imageshack.us. The hosting site will prompt you to upload a picture to the site and m...

I agree with Tazz the danger is in taking more than what has been prescribed or in having prescriptions from more than one doc without the other knowing what else you are taking. If you are concerned about the meds you are taking you should talk to your doctor about it. You should also avoid combini...
