Josh, that's a great example of how one thing works really well for one person. My guess is that gabapentin is better in combo for most people whom it helps, but I think some people use it only and it works well. Diet has come up many, many times here. Some people have had good results changing their diet and improving RLS. If anyone tries this, let us know what happens.

Jessica, what do your family members do for their RLS? Do they have any info about it?
