Mostly on the right. Lying on the affected side helps somewhat.

Hi Coffee, I assume that you mean 6 x .25 mg requip tablets nightly, which equals 1.5mg at night. I use 2mg requip spread throughout the day, i.e. ( 4 x .5 mg) The .5mg can easily be cut in half, making .25mg. At night I use .5mg and occasionally another .25mg during the night. I try to use less tha...

Well done Zach!! It wasn't our metal push that broke, it was a little bit of plastic on the working 'innards'. Our water infill to the cistern is great, really quiet, with our now fabulous flush. When I mentioned the noise of the singing pipes, this was a pipe that got affected following a flush, bu...

Hi Ann, no we didn't find a certain source for the water. We reckon that with the storm, and a few leaves gathered in the nearby guttering, that maybe the wind blew lying water up under the tiles and it found its way through. Seems to me a bit hopeful that it was just a 'one of'. I reckon the ladder...

Moonlight

We have also been there with the singing toilet following a flush. About a year ago. We found that a slight tap with a hammer on one of the pipes at the hot water boiler resolved it.

I've no idea how we discovered that !!

No Flush !!

It always happens at an awkward time doesn't it!! 12 midnight, Friday, go to the loo, and the push down flush is dead, up and down it goes, and no action. Have to get the plastic bucket out of the pedal bin, fill it from the bath taps, and 'flush the loo'. Go back to the bedroom and tell hubby the g...

Others will give you good advice who know more than me, but I do not understand why your doc says there are no meds for you cos you are 15. This is a horrible condition, and I wonder how much experience your doc has in dealing with rls ... certainly doesn't suffer from it or would be more keen to pr...

Hi Hos
In Scotland probably the furthest you could be from the beach would be 90 minutes. Here in Northern Ireland the furthest would likely be 1 hour. I am 15 minutes drive, but as a child grew up 5 minutes walk from the beach.

Moonlight, hope all's doing ok.
