Re: Medical Marijuana

My neurologist was surprised that the MM was working for the RLS. He was familiar with it's effect for insomnia but not for RLS. He was quite inquisitive about dosing, price, obtaining permits, etc so I hope that i've provided him with some education that might be helpful to some of his other patie...

Re: Surviving overnight plane trips

The first step is to immediately go to the airlines website with your reservation number and reserve an aisle seat. That gives you the option of getting up and walking around during the flight without bothering anyone and also allows you to stretch your legs by putting them in the aisle while you ar...

Re: Weird question about hairy legs and rls

I can't help you with this one. I never did have much hair on my legs and with age, it is almost all gone now. Seems like the only place I can grow hair now is my beard, which will very quickly approaching snow white.

Re: Published Research - General Sleep and RLS (WED)

My rls symptoms started at around age 34 however I'm unaware of anyone within my parents/grandparents, close family who also has this disease. Betty, I wouldn't have remembered having RLS prior to age 40 if it hadn't been for many very uncomfortable airplane flights starting in my late 20's. At the...

Re: Super interesting connection between opioids and cannabis...

Re: Published Research - General Sleep and RLS (WED)

Very interesting article, even though it is rather old (2000). So, I wonder what Dr Allen would have to say today about this.
