the RRe doesnt work for me.. i regularly go running ... which gets me right out of breath and it doesnt help my rls at all.

tonic water has quinine it (and lots of sugar!!so beware) which is a good relief for nocturnal leg cramps. some rls sufferers find quinine can help with their rls also. im not sure why??
