But try not to think that just because you had a bad night that it will last forever. Remember you did have 10 good nights. Exactly. Could be one bad night and that's it again for a while. I also agree that watching what u eat is very important in regards to RLS. I've had to cut out some foods i really love but if it helps keep the RLS symptoms somewhat livable, it's certainly worth it imo.

Hello, i,ve had it in both ears for about 30 years now. Over this time it's gotten worse but fortunately, i've adapted well as time went on. It used to drive me nuts though.
