Keppra and gabapentin are in the same class of anti-convulsant meds. The anti-convulsant meds are becoming the first line treatments for RLS, so it isn't surprising that the Keppra is helping with your RLS symptoms. No ED, but I regularly go up and down on my gabapentin dose because I have difficulty reaching orgasm when the dose gets to 900 or 1200.
