There was no more sleep, but I've got very clean floors.

Ah well..... 10mg tamazepam and a zolpidem gave me 2 hours sleep, which is what I got with 1 x tamazepam, or 1 zolpidem, or one of anything.....

I understand that Gill is UK, same as me. Its now 4am over here, Betty, doesn't everything always seem worse in the middle of the night, and with several different conditions how can we separate one symptom from another ? Took another one tonight at 11.30pm. Its now 1.20am and I've taken a zolpidem.
