Hi kickyknees. That seems like a very small amount of Neurontin. Do you notice it having any effect? Have you started to cut down the ropinirole yet? that is definitely a high dose of ropinirole; typical range for RLS is 0.25 to 4 mg daily. The more you take, the more likely you are to develop augme...

Three nights of good sleep! Tiny bits of RLS here and there, which is good because I don't want to develop tolerance too fast (or at all !). And no nightmares last night. You're right Zach it takes about 1.5 hr to kick in; that may have been part of the problem the first couple nights; I was expecti...

And tell us precisely the names of what you ARE taking right now, not just the opiate derivative meds you just got, but all of it... there are a few things that can make RLS worse, which I'm thinking about your arms. I stopped everything to start the hydromorph contin (sustained-release hydromorpho...

That's a good sign! As dogeyed said to me, " NOTHING touches withdrawals." But they do end. I'm glad yours is finally ending. There is no hell like raging RLS; and wondering if you are doomed to be that way forever. What a relief when you realize it's withdrawal and is ending.

Z: I've been taking 10-15 oxycodone for a few days now. knowing that, do you still suggest starting with the 3? Or does it not make much difference what I've been on already?

yes, it will be controlled release. Zach, that's the EXACT page I was looking at yesterday . I am getting a 6 and a 3 because the neuro said 10 and there's no such thing. Maybe I should start with only 6 the first night. I really don't want to get high. I am excited to think it might be the answer. ...

If I take tramadol in the afternoon and early evening, for example, then take a bit of methadone, followed a few hours later by oxycodone, then maybe some tramadol again in the morning, I do pretty well. wow. I think they would poop their pants if I proposed something like that. I guess I have to w...

I am starting hydromorph contin soon. There don't seem to be many RLSers using any variety of hydromorphone. Probably because it doesn't work lol. I am told this is a last ditch effort, the last thing to try. !!! Why did they tell me that? I don't want to know that.
