I am supprised by the few responses of people wearing pantyhose or stockings for relief. It works great for me and I would expect more people to at least try it, and report back to this site. Only got one message from someone who could not stand anything touching her legs when the rls was going on. ...

compression stockings..

yes for some of us with the creey crawly type of RLS, I think the compression stockings (better then normal support stockings) will help. You can get them in knee high, thigh high, or pantyhose. I personally prefer the thigh high since my RLS goes up to the thighs. I am experimenting with a fairly t...

Interesting..thing about sleeping on the couch..... I will go downstair to watch TV just so I don't keep my wife awake moving around in the bed. I always shake my legs when sitting....one member described this as "sewing machine legs"... basically when sitting...toes on ground knees off the ground... your legs shakes up and down. I've always done this totally subconciously as long as I can remember (now 57) . It drives people around you nut...

Anything is possible....why don't you go to the health food store or good vitiamin store and get a complete mineral suppliment. there are about 72 minieral that we need in trace amounts. they it.....see how it works for you...and report back
