There probably are side effects with Ambien, but none that I am aware of, what I mean is, none that I noticed personally. I personally do not feel hung over the next day. The Mayo Algorithm can be found at www/rlshelp.org, also if you look through some of the posts there is a link under some of the ...

Barbee, I mentioned this also in another section. My doc is no expert in rls, but he read the Mayo Algorithm which I printed out and took to him, he was happy to prescribe Ambien for sleep as recommended in the algorithm by Dr B. My doc also felt it is better than a benso for sleep, and according to...

Aaahhh... Barbee... the torture of no sleep. There are those who will respond to you who know a lot more than me. I have had rls for more than 30 years and am now 24/7. I found that the sedative helped me sleep, but eventually I changed to a sleeping med (Ambien) as recommended by Dr B in the Mayo A...

Kenny Rogers

I heard on the local news that Kenny Rogers is coming to Belfast and tickets had gone on sale, so I googled to see where he is performing. It is in the Odyssey Arena which I am not keen on, I prefer our beautiful Opera House which is much smller and full of character. Last time, hubby and I said 'ne...

Always bubbling in the background regardless of meds and 'walking' tho thankfully I'm still managing to get about 4=5 hours sleep at nigh...
