I have found that walking a mile on flat ground does good for me. However, if the weather is yucky and I can't go outside to walk I have a treadmill. I can only do 1/3 of a mile on the treadmill. When I explain what my RLS feels like I tell to me it feels like a combination of when you cut the circulation off to your leg and it starts coming back and the feeling when you hit your funny bone together in your leg muscles. It is deep in my legs, close to the bone that I feel it. I think for the...

I was just wondering how many of you do moderate exercising every day to help with the RLS.
I walk every night about 2 hours before I go to bed. If the weather is decent I go outside and walk. If not I walk on a treadmill.

So bumbed out.

I started .5mg of Klonopin on the 26th of June, and started keeping track of my symptoms that day. I went to see my doctor on the 25th of July. I had been symptom free for four days. The doctor told me if I was symptom free for 2 weeks straight I could go ahead and stop tracking my symptoms if I wan...

That video is crazy! I had involuntary leg and arm movements before I got put on Klonopin, but mine wasn't like that. Mine was an all out kick and was about every 20 minutes. I sleep on my back with my hands on my chest, slightly folded, and I have actually punched/slapped myself in the jaw from the...

Could the worsening of symptoms in the summer also be do to more activity? I know I am a lot more active in the summer then in the winter. It is much to cold here in Michigan to be outside in the winter very much.
