Requip, air travel and dosage !! Help

Hi folks, I take 2mg Requip in the evening. (plus magnesium and folic acid and Vit. B.) As I am going long haul flight (9 hours journey) in 4 days, flying early morning, I was wondering if I could also take 2mg Requip at the start of the flight at around 12.30 lunchtime. Would this be too much Requi...

This is working for me.. at the moment

This is working at the moment. Having been on Requip without a great deal of success it was eventually upped to 2mg with a bit of success. Then after working my way thru a lot of the posts and seeing what other people tried, this is what I have done: I take about a 1/4 of my Requip tablet at around ...

Thanks Becat, I used your link and it took me to the main RLS Rebel page, but when I clicked onto the link on this page for RLS Rebel Website, the link with the little 'cap' beside it, all I get is 'page has expired'. No luck at all !
Is there anything else I can try? Ta, Betty

Hi there, I had found that putting my feet into a bucket of really cold water for about 10 minutes would give relief for a good hour. Tho wondered how I would deal with this and where I would get a bucket in a hotel when I go on hols in a few weeks to Canada... don't want to give a crazy view of the...

I found Requip 2mg good for a couple of weeks. Now still not so bad, but would have some difficult nights. Tried biting off a little piece of the tablet at about 8.30 pm (about a third of a pill), then at 10.30pm taking the rest together with 300mg magnesium for burning feet. Don't know if the magne...

Hi there, yeah I lie on my tummy with knees bent and legs in the air, feet wiggling, to get some relief, (sometimes). or to make it thru to the end of a movie, obviously when at home!! Not a pretty sight at aged 57 and kinda overweight. A common phrase in our house is my husband saying 'legs away ag...

Hi, I only joined a week or so ago, and certainly was at first like you rather alarmed to see how many people continue to just try and cope with symptoms year after year. I suppose I was hoping to find the equivalent of the Holy Grail or some such !! I wondered would it be more depressing to continu...

Just realised that when listing symptoms, I didn't mention the burning feet. When reading other postings I read about magnesium and will certainly be trying this first trip I make to the stores. Hopefully it will save me filling a bucket with really cold water in the middle of the night! I am findin...
