Well, I'm going to try two nights off. And then go back to 50mg, then 75 mg, then 2 nights off. I do have to take a lot of marijuana to get to sleep so I will tank up on that.

Started on Lyrica 25 mg over a month ago. Worked like a miracle the first night I took it and has since then. Minor side effects. I have been using a compression device on my calves for an hour before bed for a week now. No change. If this works, does it usually work right away? (PLMD is principal complaint, but I do have RLS. Hasn't helped either so far.)

I am confused. What does "press for 5 to 10 seconds" and "it should really hurt". I haven't actually received my TENS yet but it has four pads to apply and then turn up the electrical stimulation?
