It kind of worked! At first I had to get up and walk around, on my 1st attempt to go to sleep. Then an hour later I slept, got about 5 hours!! Today I'm tired, and I think it may be a side effect. But I'm going to keep taking it, see if it goes away in a few days.

Oh good, I thought I was being neurotic dividing a .25 in half. Always good to have smaller doses available. It has been almost 2 hours, and the real test comes now- attempting to sleep! Wish me luck
