Flo, This is a difficult one... We have a homedics vibrator chair ... and I have some hand held devices and they do help... temporarily... once I stopped the sensations were back ... I don't know, If you could use this for an extended period of time which would allow you to fall asleep with it on .....

When I was at the beginning of my RLS treatment search, last July, I was referred to a Rheumatologist who diagnosed fibro, and told me he had no experience with RLS. Xyrem was the medication he prescribed for the fibro. Maybe I should have tried it... but I was sticking to the Mayo Clinic Algorithm ...
