Sorry, I apologize. I meant with regards to increasing severity of the disease. So as the disease worsened over the years did the insomnia worsen with it? Did someone always have insomnia and RLS came after that or does someone have severe RLS and no insomnia.

I was wondering if anyone has not had insomnia with RLS and how severe is the disease? I’m just wondering if insomnia parallels the severity of the disease. In other words, as the disease worsens, will my insomnia worsen as well? Are they related to each other? Maybe some people have severe RLS but ...

I was wondering what the goal is once a doctor puts you on opioids because of augmentation? For example, I am on 10mg of methadone and 1mg ropinirole and am relatively symptom free.
