I was able to sleep last night. I took.the extra 1/4th again at 5. Not itchy or nauseous tonight. I am hopeful.

Yes, it's working. Though some nights I have trouble sleeping even though I'm not having any RLS. Then there are other nights where I sleep 9 hours. It's very inconsistent.

As it turned out, taking a second dose after 2:30 pm caused insomnia.
Today I decided to just add it to my 2:30 dose. I take such a small amount that I think it will work. If I add anymore, I think the morning will be best. I'm still under 2mg.

Basically yes. It starts with the severe osteoarthritis, which causes back pain and pinched nerves, which in turn both cause my RLS. So they help.
