something to think about
I think menopause might be at issue for some of us women, childbirth seems to bring it on in some. And this is an iron related issue.....hormones effect EVERYTHING.......lol don't we know that's true.

It's me again, Yup my grandmother has an awful time with itching, ears, scalp, shoulders. I have one ear that does that. Hi Lyndarae, It's what I get to take when I travel so I don't roam in other's houses at night. I like it, just make sure to use it when you can really try to sleep 6-8 hours. If you have problems with major groggy the next day, they have a new one with a half life of Ambien. I hope you get some rest.
