Of the hypnotics, I liked Sonata the best, as does one of my co-workers. Mind you, if Ambien doesn't nauseate you the way it does me, it can be somewhat better. Of the benzos, I found clonazepam nicest, in small doses. Beware of escalating doses... seriously, beware. Of the others, melatonin can be ...

I think you might get more meaningful results with a poll that asks something like this:

Have you tried Iron?

o Yes, and it helped a lot
o Yes, and it helped somewhat
o Yes, and it didn't help
o No

I've tried to drop my chocolate intake. If it's any help... depending on when you have issues, you might find that you can have a little during your off-time. I tend to have a little chocolate early in the day, and it doesn't cause me problems. I don't quite have the chocolate tooth that many girls ...

I think what most people are told by Doctors who know what they're talking about usually runs along these lines: If you have RLS, try to keep your ferritin at least at 70 or so. If you still have RLS symptoms at 70, see if you can get it to 100, and see if that makes any difference to your symptoms....

If you have long-term tight muscles and your PT offers something called "astym", I recommend it. They basically use a specially-shaped tool to rough up/tenderize the surfaces of muscles, where you have tight scar tissue, and then they have you constantly stretch them out afterward so they'...

Having recently tried compazine out of pure despair over extreme nausea, I can confirm that you're far, far better off with extreme nausea.

You probably remember this, but I have the same problem, pretty much verbatim. A slight bulge at C7/T1 on the MRI, due to constant misuse of, and nasty spasms in, my upper-right back/shoulder/neck. I routinely get RLS (or at least RLS-like) issues in my right shoulder/pec/deltoid/bicep, often deep i...

Regarding the opiates... I have an immediate family member who's also in recovery, so I understand why you're worried. However, you're already in hell, so worrying that you're going to be in hell, even if it's a different one and somewhat worse, is counter-productive. You're barely able to function,...

Keep in mind there are suppository versions of some drugs. If you're not also having really bad diarrhea, that can work well. They tend to absorb very quickly.

It's a trick, of course. They get you to briefly and unwittingly accept that the amount paid is the amount the establishment received, even though it obviously isn't. The trick comes when they imply that you need to add the £2 waiter theft to the £12 payment in order to get back towards the original...

Looks like this is the process: ⋅ compose PM ⋅ PM goes into Outbox ⋅ (at this point I think you can optionally delete the PM from the Outbox before the recipient reads it, thus ending the process here) ⋅ recipient reads PM ⋅ PM moves from Outbox to S...

I've experienced withdrawal after needing an exceptional dose for a while. It does indeed feel a lot like worsened RLS, though there are additional effects (e.g. flu-like stuff) that help to differentiate it. Thus, you might find that when you're done coming off of it, your RLS is not quite as bad a...

Sinemet is only meant for occasional use. Prolonged use will cause augmentation. Is occasional use what you and your doctor intend to use it for? As for Lunesta, it's a fairly safe drug. All it will do is help you get to sleep, mind you. It won't offer any help with RLS or PLMD, and it won't really ...
