I have been known to try and walk and read a novel at the same time.

Here in the Uk we can get requip/ropinerole under the name of Adartel and my doc gives me these. my daily dose is 2mg (taken over 24 hours for my 24/7 rls) and doc prescribes me pills of .5mg. These are oblong and are scored and are easily halved. So quite easily, the dose can be less in the morning...

By the way I wouldn't worry too much about spell check. Sometimes when some of us have posted, when weary and tired and fed up with our rls, the spelling etc can get a bit haywire
