I note that the 12 subjects in the study were all Vitamin D deficient prior to the treatment.

Exactly what Steve says above about hot water .....but icy cold water worked for me, every time. Feels painful for a.moment but very quickly eases. I used a jug to constantly trickle the water from at least knee high. 15-20 minutes and ready for bed.

What a great night you had. I also use a cpap machine and find greatly helps my sleep.

You appear to have had a positive appointment at the VA Hospital and I wish you well as you further reduce your Requip.
The journey is likely to be difficult but you know this.

*Buglegs* The burning in your legs makes me think of neuropathy. Have you seen your doctor about this. You know that your 3 mg Requip for RLS is way too high, daily max being 1 mg. I've been taking Pregabalin (which is a sister drug to Gabapentin) for many years without issue. it's prescribed for diabetic neuropathy.
