Yeah, that article and video was amazing. That dad is the one with the Texas-sized heart. He must have Texas-sized muscles to do the Ironman events as well. :)

Clonazepam, etc. - Very groggy the next day. I'm currently on Neurontin and Xanax. No problems at first but it's been a year... now that I'm on 1200 mg Neurontin and 1.25 Xanax I'm feeling groggy in the mornings which for me is strange since I used to "spring" out of bed. I would guess it's the Xana...

I did a search on Baclofen at rlshelp.org but the doctor there didn't think it helps but I'll do more research.

He said, "Baclofen is not known to help RLS so it is hard to explain why it works for you." Bummer.

I guess this is still an active thread since it's not locked so... The fact that I'm writing this at 1:30 AM is symbolic of the QoL that RLS has on my life. I took my Neurontin and Xanax and still have RLS and hopefully I'll get to sleep tonight. (I have another visit with my Neurologist next week t...

Re: Riding in a car

Why is it that I can drive 100 or 200 miles and not experience any symptoms, but if I'm a passenger, just sitting there is horrible. Isn't that strange? Funny, I wondered about that too. I emailed the doctor at: m and he basically said the same thing about how if our minds are active then somehow i...

Hey becat and all, I think YOUR email to me helped me to discover this site since I'm on your local RLS support group email list, but I forgot about it and then googled it today and here I am. I look forward to reading up then I'll probably start asking some questions and hopefully help some people ...
