That's a good idea. Why don't you try cutting down to one cup in the morning and then 1/2 cup and then caffeine free? Might work. Good luck, Pat

OK, too much moving of the muscles?? Trolls, love that.. Really hurts the arthritis, yes. In both knees, hips, and lower back. Sounds like RLS related. Probably acerbated by the statin drugs making the muscles weak. I've been off them for about 5 months. But overworked muscles seems to make sense. I...

There's something on the market in the US called Vita Splash. It's sugar free and not bad. I like the grape in lemon flavored water. Hope this helps...Pat :

Hello again, Thanks for getting back so soon. The reason I asked for a description of the pain, is because mine seems to be related to RLS in that it's only noticeable if I am sedate. Like sitting in my chair or in bed. If it starts..I have to move. My gp calls it neuropathy. I had a nerve study tha...

When I asked about methadone, I was informed I would have to go to a pain clinic to get it. May be a Mississippi law. We do have some wierd ones. I am concerned with tolerance rather than addiction. It sounds like that may be your problem, Estelita, not addiction. (Pretty name). Having a spouse that...

Hello, Ash Please give everyone on the site more specific info. What kind of sleeping pills are you taking? Many otc pills continue Benadryl or the equivalent. This can cause or increase the RLS. How much Sinemet were you taking? Sinemet is not the most recent RLS med. Although I have used it and it...

Allegra, Welcome, but really sorry you need us..

Just a quick thought. Some drug companies offer help with prescription cost. I don't know if any of these companies have RLS meds, but it won't hurt to ask.

Check with your doctor and/or pharmacist. They might can help you.

Good luck...Pat

Marykay, I just reread my earlier post. I hope you did not think I was calling you ignorant or stupid. I wasn't. My little quote was something my dad used to say. I'm 60 with diabetes, high blood pressure, no thyroid, arthritis (hips, knees, and back) and worsening RLS.. I'm constantly amazed at how...

Well, I defiantly have body temperature issues. I thought about the Lortab. But don't think that's it. I don't take it on a regular time schedule only as needed. Maybe research will come up with something. And then find something to fix it. lol. Just had a thought..Could the Lortab or something else...
