This statement from the penn state site disturbed me Treatment is aimed at reducing stress and helping the muscles relax. I don't quite understand the statement about "muscles relax". If it were as simple as that wouldn't muscle relaxers be the cure? Idk, feels like my nerves are in overd...

Blood Pressure cuff

My leg and big toe is bothering me. I am looking into pneumatic compression therapy. Idea: blood pressure cufff......it feels pretty good on my calf and my big toe thanks me. lol!

Look through their research....one researcher is focused on brain Iron levels, myelin, etc. IV Iron therapy... and that's the article I really thought was good. If I find it before you do I will post the link.

Wayne, that's wonderful....I actually tried it after corresponding with you and I could tell a difference but then I got to where I could not lie on my stomach because of back problems. I had a lumbar Epidural Steroid Inj. this afternoon and I'm praying that some of the worst paresthesias disappear....

How long have you been taking the Ambien? I take a drug break every 2 weeks for about 2 weeks....I use Nyquil or Alka Seltzer nighttime (they r the only 2 that don't bother my legs and back).

Klonopin actually worked better for my RLS plus I had the benefit of sleep as well. If I don't take my Requip everymorning, noon, and night....no amt. of Ambien is gonna make me sleep. (well that's a lie, but I would cry myself to sleep) I was taken off Klonopin because it's addictive but I stopped ...

Hi everyone, just wanted to share some happy news...at least I think it's happy news. I have a bulging disc and a herniated disc in my lumbar region.
